How long should I take my treatment before feeling results?

Although some beneficial effects are felt from the first week, our experts have determined that at least 3 months of treatment are needed to achieve 100% effectiveness.

For optimal results, we recommend treatments of 6 months or more to allow your body to fully absorb all the vitamins and minerals present in our treatments.

Are our products compatible with medical treatment?

If you are taking other medications or undergoing medical treatment, we always recommend consulting your doctor before starting a course of dietary supplements. You will find the complete composition as well as all useful information for each course on our website and on the back of the packaging.

Can I take your treatments if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

We have two treatments specially designed to take care of you and your little one! If you are pregnant, we recommend taking only the conception treatment. The conception treatment can be taken even before birth, to increase fertility but also up to the 7th month of pregnancy inclusive, as it includes all the necessary nutrients that your body and your baby's body need during the pregnancy period. From the 8th month, we advise against taking supplements unless agreed with your gynecologist.

In the case that you are breastfeeding, we advise you to take only the breastfeeding treatment which will enrich and stimulate the production of breast milk while providing the necessary vitamins for your good recovery and reducing the risk of baby blues.

When should I take my supplements?

It all depends on the type of treatment you are following. For example, the supplements from our Sleep treatment should be taken before bedtime, while those from the Energy treatment should be taken in the morning. You will find all the information on how to take your treatment on our website on the page of your treatment or on the back of the product packaging, as well as during the activation of your treatment using the QR code that you will find on the thank you card included in your package or via this link:

What if I forget to take a dose?

Don't worry, it's not a big deal to forget to take a dose. Just skip the missed dose and take it the next day at the appropriate time according to your specific treatment. Simply adjust your schedule and continue your course as usual (especially do not take multiple doses at once).

Can I take other supplements in addition to Suplemint?

You can, but it is generally not necessary, as our treatments are already highly dosed. 

If you wish to combine this with other supplements, there is generally no problem, but we advise you to always discuss it with your doctor. We recommend always checking the compositions to avoid the accumulation of identical molecules. In general, if your body does not need them, it will simply eliminate the excess through urination. However, for certain molecules such as Selenium, Vitamin A, and Vitamin D, we advise not to exceed the following daily intakes:

Vitamin A: 800 ug / day 

Vitamin D: 3000 IU / day 

Selenium: 200 ug / day

All our products are lactose-free and gluten-free, but all supplements are packaged in a facility that processes products that may contain wheat, soy, lactose, corn, egg, fish, shellfish, nuts, peanuts, and gluten. Cross-contamination may still occur.

Are your products vegan or vegetarian?

Our Immunity, Sleep, and Detox treatments are vegetarian. Our Homme+, Conception, Senior, Cardio, Deficiency, Breastfeeding, and Energy treatments contain omega 3 based on Epax fish oil. An oil from sustainable and eco-friendly fishing certified by Friends Of the Sea. Our treatments are not vegan.

How long should I take the treatment for a "complete" course?

Although some of the effects of the treatment can be felt from the first week of taking our supplements, our experts have determined that it takes 3 months of treatment to reach 100% effectiveness. For optimal results, we recommend treatments of 6 months or more to allow your body to fully absorb all the vitamins and minerals present in our treatments.

Is it necessary to consult a doctor before ordering?

Unless you have a medical contraindication, there is no specific need to contact a doctor before taking supplements.

However, in case of doubt or in the event of a known condition, we recommend always consulting a doctor who knows your needs and medical profile.

Is it possible to take several treatments at the same time?

Yes, you can combine multiple treatments! Some combinations like Immunity and Sleep, Energy and Immunity, Energy and Homme+, are even recommended by our experts. However, be careful if you are pregnant, in which case we recommend taking only the Conception treatment. 

Quality and hygiene

Where and how are your products made?

Our dietary supplements are produced in our R&D laboratory in Luxembourg, specialized in micronutrition and functional medicine. Our experts carefully research and select the highest quality raw materials on the market, prioritizing those from sustainable agriculture and fair trade. All raw materials undergo toxicological and microbiological analyses (via PRIMORIS and PHYTOCONTROL laboratories). 50% of the encapsulation of our capsules is done within our own laboratory, and for the rest, we subcontract to Belgian, French, and Luxembourgish manufacturers known in Europe, GMP certified, each for their specialty (capsules, tablets, "pearls", etc.). Our packaging is assembled in Belgium and is 100% biodegradable.

Is the packaging recyclable?

Yes, all our packaging products are recyclable, biodegradable, and industrially compostable. Our S-Box is entirely made from bio-based and biodegradable materials. You will also find a small mint seed on the back in the center that you can plant at home!

How do you choose your ingredients?

Our ingredients are chosen based on two main criteria. Effectiveness and naturalness.

All our formulas are developed according to the latest scientific knowledge in collaboration with our co-founder Dr. Stéphane Résimont (a specialist in the field of functional medicine) and our scientific team of experts composed of several doctors, nutri-therapists, and biological pharmacists. We can guarantee the quality and safety of our products.

By whom are the products developed?

We work with a whole team of medical experts composed of several doctors, nutritionists, and pharmacist-biologists under the supervision of Dr. Stéphane Résimont (specialist in functional and nutritional medicine). For each treatment, they search for the best ingredients, determine the right dosage, and ensure the best quality, safety, and effectiveness of our products. Orders and Shipping

In which countries do you deliver?

We currently ship to Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Switzerland. We will be launching more countries very soon.

How to check the status of my order?

Once you have placed an order and your payment method has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email for your order. You will be informed by email of all the stages of your package's shipment, when the package is shipped, when it is on its way, and when it has arrived.

My order is delayed

You will receive email updates on the status of your orders for each shipping stage followed by your package. Sometimes, carriers may encounter issues during delivery that can cause delays. In the tracking emails for your package, you will find a tracking code with which you can check, on the carrier's website, where it is located. If your package is delayed by more than 5 days, please contact us at info@suplemint and we will help you resolve this issue.

Where can I find my order history?

When you log in to our website, you can find your order history in the left menu where your previous orders are listed.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, it is still possible to cancel your order as long as the package has not been shipped. After that, unfortunately, it is no longer possible to do so. (Once your order is received, you can return it within 14 days for a refund. Please refer to our terms and conditions for all information regarding this topic here. Please note that orders placed before 11 am will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11 am will be shipped the next day. Can I modify my order?

Your order can only be modified before the package is shipped for delivery. I received the wrong product or the damaged product

We apologize for this setback. We are doing everything we can to ensure quality service, but we include artisanal work and a human touch in several phases of our production process, which can unfortunately lead to small errors. Can I change the delivery address of my order?

You can only change the delivery address before the package is shipped for delivery. Can I exchange my order for another cure?
