What does the ZENITUDE® food supplement regimen contain?

The ZENITUDE® regimen offers 30 days of complete supplementation to reduce your temporary stress. It includes 3 sachets of food supplements:

• One sachet of RELAX+: 60 capsules.
• One sachet of MG MALATE: 90 capsules.
• One sachet of ASHWAGANDHA: 30 capsules.

Each regimen comes with a practical user guide.

Who is the ZENITUDE® food supplement regimen for?

• Gender: Male and Female.
• Recommended age: 30 to 65 years old.
• Ideal lifestyle: Stressed individuals with sleep issues, transitioning to a healthier lifestyle with a balanced diet and moderate physical activity.
• Requirements: At least 30 minutes of walking per day, 2 hours of physical activity per week, 3 meals per day with no snacking.
• Goal: To significantly reduce stress during the day.
• Recommended duration: At least 1 month, ideally 3 months for optimal results.

Dosage:

Take 6 capsules per day, preferably during breakfast, to maximize effectiveness:

• RELAX+: 2 capsules during breakfast.
• ASHWAGANDHA: 1 capsule during breakfast.
• MG MALATE: 3 capsules during breakfast.

Contraindications and precautions:

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

• Ingredients: Capsule: pullulane, lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) (160 mg), passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) (160 mg), valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) (160 mg), hawthorn (Crataegus laevigata) (110 mg), California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) (110 mg), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) (115.96 mg including hydroxycinnamic acid 20.48% (7.98 mg) and rosmarinic acid 7.26% (7.98 mg), gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) (100 mg), nicotinamide (36 mg; DV = 225%), saffron (Crocus sativus) (30 mg including 12% safromotivins (3.6 mg), 3% crocine (0.9 mg), 2% safranal (0.6 mg), L-arginine (30 mg).
• Origin: The active ingredients include natural plant extracts such as passionflower and valerian, recognized for their calming and relaxing properties.

Gélule ASHWAGANDHA :

• Ingredients: Ashwagandha (KSM 66®) (Withania somnifera L.) (600 mg including 30 mg withanolides), capsule: pullulane.
• Origin: Ashwagandha is extracted from the root of Withania somnifera, an adaptogenic plant traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine for its beneficial effects on stress management and hormonal balance.

Gélule MG MALATE :

• Ingredients: Magnesium malate (1500 mg including 225 mg elemental magnesium, DV*= 60%), capsule: bovine gelatin, organic acacia gum (thickening agent).
• Origin: Magnesium malate is a highly bioavailable form of magnesium, combined with malic acid, extracted from natural sources, and known for its effectiveness in supporting muscle and nerve function.
