What does the SLEEP® food supplement regimen contain?

The SLEEP® regimen offers 30 days of complete supplementation to help you overcome sleep issues and achieve restorative sleep. It includes 5 sachets of food supplements:

  • One sachet of ASHWAGANDHA: 30 capsules.
  • One sachet of MELATOP: 90 capsules.
  • One sachet of MAGNESIUM+: 30 capsules.

Each regimen comes with a practical user guide.

Who is the SLEEP® food supplement regimen for?

  • Gender: Male and Female.
  • Recommended age: 30 to 65 years old.
  • Ideal lifestyle: For individuals who are stressed or fatigued and want to restore their sleep.
  • Requirements: Avoid screens for at least one hour before bed and opt for a light meal without sugary foods.
  • Goal: Fall asleep more quickly and sleep at least 5 hours straight.
  • Recommended duration: At least 1 month, ideally 3 months for optimal results.

Directions for use and contraindications

Dosage:

Take 5 capsules per day, preferably in the evening before bedtime to maximize effectiveness:

  • MAGNESIUM +: 1 capsule in the evening before bedtime.
  • MELATOP: 3 capsules in the evening before bedtime.
  • ASHWAGANDHA: 1 capsule in the evening before bedtime.

Contraindications and precautions:

  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Store in a dry place, at room temperature.
  • Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Not recommended for:

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
  • Children under 12 years old.
  • Individuals suffering from chronic sleep disorders and on antidepressant treatment.
  • Individuals on medication (consult your doctor).

Ingredients and origins

MAGNESIUM + Capsule:

  • Ingredients: Magnesium glycerophosphate 741.88 mg, magnesium bisglycinate 300 mg (total elemental magnesium = 146.8 mg; VNR* = 39%), taurine 200 mg, arabic gum (thickener), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule), rapeseed oil (Brassica napus L.), rice starch, rice flour, stearic acid (coating agent), nicotinamide (17 mg; VNR* = 106%), pantothenic acid (D-calcium pantothenate) (9 mg; VNR* = 150%), pyridoxine (pyridoxine hydrochloride) (3.4 mg; VNR* = 243%), thiamine (thiamine hydrochloride) (3.2 mg; VNR* = 290%), riboflavin (2 mg; VNR* = 143%), d-biotin (150 μg; VNR* = 300%), folic acid (100 μg; VNR* = 50%), cholecalciferol (7.5 μg; VNR* = 150%), methylcobalamin (2 μg; VNR* = 80%).
  • Origin: Magnesium comes from natural marine sources, combined with B-vitamins to enhance absorption and energetic effects.

MELATOP Capsule:

  • Ingredients: Capsule = pullulane; valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.)(250 mg); lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.)(150 mg); passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L. with 6 mg flavonoids)(150 mg); Californian eschscholzia (Eschscholzia californica)(150 mg); GABA (150 mg); hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna Jacq.)(140 mg with 2.4 mg vitexin); rice starch; rice flour; saffron (Crocus sativus)(45 mg); arginine (45 mg); nicotinamide (37 mg; VNR*= 205%); rapeseed oil (Brassica napus L.); melatonin (0.299 mg).
  • Origin: Melatonin is naturally synthesized, while plant extracts such as valerian and passionflower come from plants known for their calming effects.

ASHWAGANDHA Capsule:

  • Ingredients: Ashwagandha (KSM 66®) (Withania somnifera L.)(600 mg with 30 mg of withanolides), capsule: pullulane.
  • Origin: Ashwagandha is derived from the root of the Withania somnifera plant, traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine for its adaptogenic properties.
