Dosage:

Take 5 capsules per day, preferably during breakfast, to maximize effectiveness:

• BETA ALANINE: 1 capsule during breakfast.

Contraindications and precautions:

ANTIOX Capsule:

• Ingredients: Acerola (Malpighia glabra L.) 160 mg, containing 25% vitamin C, capsule: pullulane; green tea (Camellia sinensis) 125 mg containing 56.25 mg epigallocatechin gallate (contains caffeine; Q ≤ 10 mg), Resveratrol (100 mg), Co-enzyme Q10 (100 mg), grape (Vitis vinifera L.) (52.64 mg, 50 mg oligoproanthocyanidins), organic rice starch.
• Origin: Antioxidants such as vitamin E, selenium, and polyphenols come from natural plant and fruit extracts, known for their powerful protective properties.

L-CARNOSINE Capsule:

• Ingredients: L-Carnosine 500 mg, capsule: pullulane.
• Origin: L-carnosine is a dipeptide naturally found in muscles and the brain, known for its antioxidant and anti-glycation properties, protecting against cellular aging.

BETA ALANINE Capsule:

• Ingredients: Beta-Alanine 500 mg, capsule: pullulane, Spirulina platensis powder 100 mg.
• Origin: Beta-alanine is a natural amino acid that increases carnosine levels in muscles, supporting resistance to fatigue and physical performance.

CO Q10 OMEGA 3 Capsule:
