Delivery times.
Free delivery for any order over €50 in France and the Benelux.
Estimated delivery times:
- Benelux: 2 to 3 business days via Bpack World Business
- France: 2 to 5 business days
- Suisse (DAP): 3 to 6 business days
- United States: 4 to 6 business days
- Other destinations: 6 to 12 business days
The deadlines are understood to be in business days, subject to technical issues, raw material shortages, or limited stock availability, which may be reported before or after purchase.
Refund.
Withdrawal Period: The customer has 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide justification or pay a penalty. If the order includes several products delivered separately, this period begins upon receipt of the last product.
Withdrawal Terms: The customer can use the withdrawal form or any clear statement, to be sent by mail or email to Suplemint. Products must be returned within 14 days, complete and in their original packaging. Damaged or consumed products will not be accepted. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund: Suplemint will refund the full amount paid except for the return postal charges, which remain your responsibility. The refund will be made via the same payment method used, without additional fees, but may be delayed until the returned products are received.
