Delivery delay

Free delivery for all orders from €50 in France and the Benelux.

Estimated delivery times:

Lead times are in working days, subject to technical problems, shortage of raw materials, or limited stock availability, which may be reported before or after purchase.

Subscription conditions*

The subscription is for a minimum duration of 3 months, with debit and delivery made every 4 weeks.
It is cancellable at any time after the initial period of 3 months. Without cancellation, the subscription is automatically renewed.

Refund

Withdrawal period: The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide justification or pay a penalty. If the order includes several products delivered separately, this period begins upon receipt of the last product.

Terms of withdrawal: The customer can use the withdrawal form or any clear declaration, to be sent by post or e-mail to Suplemint. Products must be returned within 14 days, complete and in their original packaging. Damaged or consumed products will not be taken back. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund: Suplemint will refund all amounts paid. The refund will be made via the same payment method used, without additional costs, but may be deferred until receipt of the returned products.
