• Recommended duration: At least 1 month, ideally 3 months for optimal results.

Dosage:

Take 6 capsules per day, preferably during breakfast to maximize effectiveness:

• OMEGA 3: 1 capsule during breakfast.
• LACTOP: 2 capsules during breakfast.
• MULTI VIT: 1 capsule during breakfast.
• MG MALATE: 2 capsules during breakfast.

Contraindications and precautions:

LACTOP Capsule:

• Ingredients: Moringa (Moringa oleifera Lam.) (500 mg), Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) (500 mg), Capsule: Pullulane.
• Origin: Lactop is formulated with probiotic strains, fenugreek, and moringa. Fenugreek is a plant traditionally used to stimulate lactation, while moringa is rich in nutrients and antioxidants.

OMEGA 3 Capsule:

• Ingredients: Fish oil (EPAX quality fish oil) 1000 mg, Omega-3 EPA + DHA 700 mg (min. EPA 400 mg and DHA 300 mg), capsule: fish gelatin, Co-enzyme Q10 200 mg, glycerol (texture agent), beeswax (coating agent), water, lecithin (texture agent).
• Origin: Omega-3 fatty acids are extracted from marine sources such as fish oil and algae, rich in EPA and DHA, essential for health.

MG MALATE Capsule:

• Ingredients: Magnesium malate (1000 mg, of which 150 mg elemental magnesium, VNR* = 40%), capsule: gelatin, acacia gum bio (thickener).
• Origin: Magnesium malate is obtained from magnesium and malic acid, naturally found in fruits like apples. Known for its good bioavailability.

MULTI VIT Capsule:

• Ingredients: Pullulane, zinc bisglycinate (60 mg, of which 15 mg elemental zinc [150%]), Vit. B3 (nicotinamide) 54 mg [338%], Co-enzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) 50 mg, rice starch, rice flour, citrus bioflavonoids (Citrus sinensis) 33.33 mg, N-Acetylcysteine 33.33 mg, quercetin 33.33 mg, alpha-lipoic acid 33.33 mg, blueberry (Vaccinium myrtillus L.) 33.33 mg, Vit.
