Withdrawal Period: The customer has 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any justification or pay a penalty. If the order includes several products delivered separately, this period begins upon receipt of the last product.

Products must be returned within 14 days, complete and in their original packaging. Damaged or consumed products will not be accepted. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund: Suplemint will refund the full amount paid. The refund will be made using the same payment method used, without additional fees, but may be delayed until the returned products are received.
