Bonjour, J'ai commencé la cure il y a 15 jours et je confirme l'efficacité pour le sucre, Mais il faut noter que je préfère le salé et que pour moi un pamplemousse est sucré ;-)
Concernant le tabac, car c'est ce qui m'intéresse, c'est peut être encore tôt pour juger car je traverse une période de stress intense. J'ai diminué mais pas arrêté totalement..

Reimbursement.
